Design brief

Light, fresh & modern with the final look being cohesive with the existing renovated bathrooms in the house. A floor plan change for a more open plan design.

Project challenges

The bathroom was upstairs so there was limited access for larger item deliveries like shower screen panels. The client also wanted an open shower design, but their existing floor level wasn’t low enough for us to drain the shower water away properly. We stepped up the shower across the whole width of the room to achieve a seamless, functional design for their taste. After the existing floor tiles were removed we also found that the floor wasn’t made of compliant building materials, so it needed replacing completely.
